The Following European Free Trade Association countries, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein will include an additional £25 surcharge for customs clearance.

Other data, which we do store for longer, such as customer name and address details, are stored on paper in a filing cabinet in our office and digitally on our office computers. Our office is secure and we take every reasonable precaution to ensure our customer’s data is safe.

How long do we keep information?

The length of time we keep any information we gather depends on the type of information and whether we need to keep it to provide a high quality service. Some data such as payment card details is only kept until it has been used to take the agreed payment, at which time it is securely disposed of. Information such as customer names and addresses, which we need to keep so that we can provide ongoing support for our customers is kept until we no longer feel the information is required.

How do we dispose of information we have gathered?

We always dispose of all data securely. All paper documents are shredded before being disposed of. Our digital data is always destroyed before computers are disposed of.

Returns & Replacements

 

Returns


In receipt of a faulty product, please raise the issue within 28 days after receiving the product by emailing us the fault description and a photo of the faulty product at chinapapaya@gmail.com.


We will reply to you within 3 days regarding to the exchange or refund of the product. Upon receiving instruction from us, please return the unused goods to us within 14 days with a Return Note stating the Reason of return, Order ID, Company name, Contact number, Contact name and your shipping address to Papaya Fashion Ltd, 29 Derby Street, Manchester, M8 8HW.


Any items returned to us must be in their original condition – if they’re not, we may not be able to accept them.


We will then send you the exchanged products or refund your purchase or issue a credit note within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that the order has been returned. We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.


Please note that as a wholesaler we do not refund or exchange for any unwanted products owing to customer's personal preference. Neither do we refund any product that has been described as non-returnable in the in the product description prior to the purchase.


You’ll need to pay the return postage and for safety, we would recommend you use a recorded delivery service and keep the proof of postage. If we have to pay additional postage charges on your package, we may deduct the amount of such charges from any refund we send to you. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.


This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.


Refunds


A credit refund must be used within 6 months of the issue date. This does not apply to any cash or card refund. The customer must notify us before payment if wishing to use a credit refund on their purchase. We accept no responsibility if the credit note has expired. Please call on 0161 831 9988 to leave your order ID, contact number and card detail or our staff will call you once order is completed and stock assured.


To all regular UK customers, we prefer paying by card. We only accept Master/Visa card, American Express is not acceptable.


To International customers, we only accept bank transfer. £6 will be charged by bank per transaction, so this transaction fee will be added to your bill.


We don’t accept Cheque in any event.
